Tried to do revdep-rebuild on my system. you should update poppler-bindings to the same version as poppler obviously before running revdep-rebuild. I changed the dep to ~app-text/poppler-$PV which means that you hopefully wont be able to merge the old poppler-bindings with the new poppler.
