Currently description says:
     Description: Kicker applet for management of X keymaps

It should be something like:
     Description: kcontrol panels for configuring keyboard

There are several forum posts asking where the keyboard control panel is, and they would have found it if the description was correct.

Did so for 3.5.2 and made it a full sentence as well. I doubt it helps those who rather ask then search themselves, though.
