Last weekend the account to which my phosphan@gentoo.org mail is forwarded had a full mailbox. Since then, I don't receive any mail though there's plenty of space again.

I moved your .forward aside because toucan was having a hard time keeping up with regular mail. All that mail should be locally delivered on toucan, just move the forward back and things will flow again. Sorry about the inconvience :-)
