Description Andre 2006-03-24 05:17:48 UTC
streamdvd_gui (media-video/streamdvd-0.4-r1) exits with an error like
" *** glibc detected *** malloc(): memory corruption: 0x084ab594 *** "
(the last digits may vary) after being called.

it is supposed that a gui should pop up.

i put a simple strace of the call to https://huhn.iwt.uni-bielefeld.de/streamdvd_gui.strace.

feel free to ask me for testing.

my emerge --info:

I cannot reproduce any more, please test on a fully updated systemd

systemd? I don't think systemd was invented when this bug was filed back in 2006.
I'll assume this was a mistake and reopen accordingly.
Comment 4 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2013-11-23 13:59:50 UTC
systemd -> system, try with a fully updated system
