mdf2iso couldn't convert >2.4GB (dvd)images, it said "File too large". A patch was created by Yuri van Oers, so I fixed the ebuild. All the files can be found here: http://people.inf.elte.hu/szbence/mdf2iso/

This is my first bug report/ebuild patch so please tell me, if I wasn't workmanlike.
