The tapestry ebuild fails because the src files aren't on the apache mirrors, only 4.0 version src files.
Fixed the SRC_URI to point to apache's archive mirror. Thanks for reporting. FYI: That particular ebuild is actually just a placeholder till the dependencies were all packaged in the overlay. I wrote this initial ebuild, but more or less lost interest in tapestry, and probabl won't come back to it right away unless something needs it, or I want/need to use it in one of my projects. Also, if you're using any of the java overlays, I highly suggest you at least lurk in #gentoo-java and the gentoo-java mailinglist.
