The ebuild is app-doc/php-docs-4.2.3

!!! php_manual_en.tar.bz2: message digests do not match!

I suspect that the php manual is updated without reflecting a change in the 
version number.

changed the ebuild to force a static package instead of the dynamic one on php's
website.
