Reopen with some compiler output or attach config.log, we can't guess.
Also, reproduce with C[XX]FLAGS="-march=athlon64 -pipe -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer" and empty LDFLAGS before even reopening this bug.
I have changed the flags and get the same result. Here is the emerge output, and the revised emerge info. Let me know what else I can provide. www.avoncliff.com/ekigaemerge
Please, attach the log here. Don't refer to external links with error logs. Thanks.
I am not doing very well here am I. As I did not know which part of the emerge output would help I put the whole thing on the website, but that is 198k long which I assumed is too much for this report. Which bit would be useful?
(In reply to comment #5) > I am not doing very well here am I. Could have been worse... :=) Well, I'll just re-paste the relevant part here, so that this can be used for searching for duplicate bugs later on. You can normally use bugzilla attachments, we don't really care too much about their size... components/dbus.cpp: In function `gboolean dbus_component_claim_ownership(DbusComponent*)': components/dbus.cpp:658: error: `DBUS_NAME_FLAG_DO_NOT_QUEUE' undeclared (first use this function) components/dbus.cpp:658: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once for each function it appears in.) make[3]: *** [dbus.o] Error 1
Well I am doing better now - with the problem! I have updated dbus to 0.61 and ekiga now compiles OK. I guess all that leaves is a dependancy...
thanks, fixed
