Hi, pdb2pqr is running fine on my amd64 boxes, could you please add ~amd64 keyword?

In order to test the package, first install pdb2pqr. Then download a pdb file, such as http://www.pdb.org/pdb/explore.do?structureId=1SG5 (download the whole pdb file, uncompressed)
then run pdb2pqr from the location of 1SG5.pdb like:
pdb2pqr --ff=charmm 1SG5.pdb 1SG5.pqr

it will finish quickly and you can view the result in a tool like pymol.
