'A standalone C API for XML-RPC'

tested with i686-pc-linux-gnu, gcc-3.4.5 and
i586-pc-linux-uclibc, gcc-3.4.5 (using libiconv)

This ebuild contains a patch agains configure.in and Makefile.am to compile against libiconv (compiled but nut tested yet)

Wontfix per bug 127117.

as been fixed by bug 225295
