When you start fluxbox with "-rc <different init file>" and that init file specifies a different apps file (via appsFile), fluxbox still saves new "remember" info to the file ~/.fluxbox/apps I spoke with the Fluxbox devs and they agreed to include my patch in upstream CVS, so I updated the ebuild with my patch, see attached.

Could you provide the exact svn revision used for this fix upstream please? It's easier for us to keep track of patches if we label them and pull from svn.
