The ebuild attempts to access
http://www.gentoo.org/~blizzy/rsync-2.5.6_pre20021105.tar.bz2 when the correct
url is actually http://cvs.gentoo.org/~blizzy/rsync-2.5.6_pre20021105.tar.bz2 .

This is the second bug of this nature that I've found today, is there something
mis-configured regarding developer home pages?
