I've received from Francisco Javier Jiménez Gómez this spanish translation.
Created attachment 82537 [details] mysql-upgrade-slotted.xml.html here is the actual file
Created attachment 82542 [details] Updated translation to Spanish of mysql-upgrade-slotted.xml some words at beginning of the document
word 'slotted' translated as mellado (view spanish academical dictionary for a definition http://www.rae.es) mellado is: has no teeth, can't bite, no useful... is that because the mysql installation is not usable and we have to use Francesco R. procedure to solve it, the directories and executables are as: mysql-500... not usable, 'sistema mellado' or slotted system.
Well, maybe mellado was not a good choice. Slotted means put in a slot so that different versions of the same package could be on the same box at the same time, but in different slots. Our translators should know, I don't. FYI, you're not supposed to translate and submit html. This is a short and simple doc and our translators might even find it easier to do it from scratch than to cut&paste your text. You need to get the xml files, either from viewcvs, from a snapshot or by appending ?passthru=1 to the URL, e.g. curl -o mysql-upgrade-slotted.xml http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/mysql-upgrade-slotted.xml?passthru=1
Created attachment 82908 [details] Alternate version I made a second version, but it needs editing (no tildes whatsoever- i dont have the right keymap). Other than that, there are no grammar/spelling mistakes. Oh, and sorry i couldnt make it a XML.
