This is an initial ebuild submission for xine_d4d_plugin otherwise known as the 
Captain CSS plugin, I use this plugin with my xine a lot because it is more 
stable than DVD NAV and has less DVD compatibility issues because it skips the 
DVD Menu information.

I've modified the ebuild to install latest d5d plugin, which works with xine
0.9.9.  I also rewrote it some.  Have a look, it's in media-video/xine-d5d.  I
kept your name in the maintainer header; if that's not okay, let me know and
I'll take it over.
