ipv6calc had a few bugs in it which were fixed (I believe) in 0.51, so please version bump it to net-misc/ipv6calc-0.51. It seemed to work fine renaming /etc/portage/net-misc/ipv6calc/ipv6calc-0.50 to ipv6calc-0.51 (equivilent to what you have in main portage tree). I'll let you decide whether to make it stable or ~x86 release; I did not test whether or not to make it stable.
