APD does not support PHP 5.1, yet. Please consider using Xdebug.
Actually it does look like apd-1.0.1 compiles and works with php 5.1.4. I have compiled it on CentOS 4.3 (AMD64 arch) and it works fine. On the other hand, if I compile it on Gentoo (AMD64 arch), I get the error 'onStatement' as mentioned initially.
