Works for me. The old patch had to be updated.

I highly recommend this ebuild since the only one in portage is broken.
Thank you Joshua. Look at the date I reported this bug (and working ebuild) and you know why I've left gentoo and switched to Fedora.
Yes, the one in portage is broken, I too made a 0.7 ebuild (didnt crossed my mind to check for one in here first) so please commit the 0.7 version. Thanks!
Works for me too (0.7). Maybe it would be good to react to ebuild enhancements little bit faster... It is then very easy to loose the motivation for creating more recent ebuilds.
Created attachment 92897 [details] Updated ebuild+patches for 0.7 Updated ebuild, contains ebuild for 0.7 and patches. Just run `ebuild svn2cl-0.7.ebuild digest` and have fun :-) * Fixes not working html output (introduced by svn2cl-0.7-no-same-dir-xsl.diff). * Adds missing svn2html.xsl * Installs manual page * Installs more documentation files - README, NEWS, ChangeLog, TODO
Thanks, seems to work just fine on amd64 so: - please add ~amd64 to keywords - instead of posting a tgz post a file for each included file (ebuild and diffs), make sure to select the correct type for it (to display in a browser easily) otherwise believe me that no gentoo dev will look over it :) So, any gentoo dev on this, please ?
Created attachment 100841 [details, diff] update patch to 0.8; same ebuild works for 0.8 worksforme on amd64

Created attachment 101712 [details, diff] patch for svn2cl-0.8
In theory svn2cl should work on every platform supported by both: libxslt and subversion. Above attachments contain improved ebuild and patch. WFM on x86.

As Aaron is away for a while now, and the package seems to be unmaintained, would anybody in dev-tools mind if I took it over?
Version 0.8 works for me too. Some problems getting this into portage?
(In reply to comment #16) > Version 0.8 works for me too. Some problems getting this into portage? > Me too. I have been using it for a couple of months now.
Version 0.9 is out. http://ch.tudelft.nl/~arthur/svn2cl/svn2cl-0.9.tar.gz Is no one maintaining the package anymore?
(In reply to comment #17) > > Me too. I have been using it for a couple of months now. > 5 months and counting (no problems with 0.8)
(In reply to comment #18) > Version 0.9 is out. > http://ch.tudelft.nl/~arthur/svn2cl/svn2cl-0.9.tar.gz > > Is no one maintaining the package anymore? > 0.9 added. Thanks for waiting.
Also please note that (In reply to comment #13) > In theory svn2cl should work on every platform supported by both: libxslt and > subversion. Above attachments contain improved ebuild and patch. WFM on x86. > If you want it keyworded on more arches please open a request bug. We don't add keywords without arch teams taking a look.
