I need info:

- list name ? (gentoo-user-relations ?)
- is it moderated or not ?
- if so who are the moderators
- is it open or subscribers only ? (advise the latter)

And I also need a description to put on lists.xml

Sorry! I should have given you that straight away!

gentoo-userrel for listname, not moderated and subscribers only and lets stick with just "Gentoo User Relations mailing list" as description for now.
