Having CONFIG_CHR_DEV_ST enabled would allow the livecd to be used to restore from tape.

Sounds like a plan... I'm not sure why it wasn't enabled already, but I'll definitely get that changed for next time around.

This is set to "y" on the LiveCD for 2006.1, so this is FIXED.
