Vice-1.19 has been sucessfully compiled on....

ULTRA60-SMP Kernel 2.6.12-gentoo-r4
GCC Version 3.3.5.20050130-r1

Has been running without any issues.  Sound works correctly and no errors or issues were found with vice.

Recommended it be moved to stable for 'sparc'

Got a ~sparc keyword.
We don't stable directly unless it's a security bug with a previous stable buggy version.
