Hi,

emerging iptraf doesn't take care of creating two important directories for iptraf:

/var/log/iptraf
/var/run/iptraf

Without these two, users are bugged with confusing warning messages.

iptraf-2.7.0 does this since 15.12.2002

Seems that I should try the latest portage everytime. Good job though!
