There are some files necessary for the "short" utility that aren't being installed.  As such, the command 'se short class' only outputs in a terse format, and commands such as 'se short -pretty class' doesn't work.  Also, the configuration file has the wrong path for this utility.

I've attached a patch which fixes this problem.
