We're a bit backlogged on new-dev bugs so we've hired two new recruiters (fox2mike + swift) to help with recruiting new staffers.

Please work your magic. I'll take care of chanserv but the rest is up to you guys :)

need to do the following:
recruiters group in ldap.
add roadrunner to gentooAccess
remove cvsonly from lark
add to useradmin group on lark
add -core ML htpasswd(I have the files)
