The directory location of the tarball has changed.  It can be found here:

ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/unstable/koffice-1.5-beta2/koffice-1.4.95.tar.bz2

I already fixed the eclass to point to the right location.
Please sync again, it should be fine then.

I synced twice and it's still pulling in version 1.4.90 and not version 1.4.95 as listed on KDS's mirror.

Make sure you don't have a kde-meta.eclass in some overlay.

Nope.  I'm not using the kde-meta.eclass or koffice-meta-1.5_beta2.  I'm refering to koffice-1.5_beta2.
