when i try install w/o internet i choose live cd install, but when install start installer go to sleep in the screen i see only "Installer start ... 0%" =( _____ my computer is notebook Asus M6000N _____ How i can solve it problem _____ When i choose other kernel - Installer start normally. Make portition, copy stage, copy partage tree, but raise error when copy kernel =( (i try all options in kernel screen)
i read in dosc, that i must choose "livecd kernel", but when i choose it, installer do nothing =(. in final phase of install (Do You want Save install file XML), i say no, after that installer talk "Do You want Change any options" i say no and after i see progress bar with 0%. i try to wait, but after 1 hour i see 0% too =(
i use and console install and GUI install !
With the GTK frontend, if you don't have a network, check the "My network is already setup and running" checkbox on the Pre-install config screen. Otherwise, i t will try to get an address via DHCP and fail. This has already been fixed in CVS.
where i can find this checkbox in console version of installer ?
Either set a static IP or use the Networkless option (not in the released version of the installer yet).
