Christel is currently the point of contact between Gentoo and Freenode.  She handles all sorts of issues relating to IRC and Gentoo, and has been very helpful in this regard.

While watching the Gentoo project, she's gained a lot of insight as an outsider -- as a user.  She has some very very good ideas for the User Relations project, and I'd like to make her official sort of soonish so that she can get to implementing!
