The problem with this ebuild was that  Attribute-Handlers would install in your 
perl5/site_perl instead of perl5/, thus the core module for perl-5.8.0 never gets 
updated.  I have sed'd the Makefile.PL to rectify this situation.  I do not know if this is 
appropriate for perl-5.6.1.

Similar fix applied as 0.78-r1.  Thanks for the suggestion.
