New (foolish) updates :)
- apache-upgrading.xml (according to 1.4 English revision)
- prelink-howto.xml (according to 1.37 English revision)
- new-upgrade-to-gentoo-1.4.xml (according to 1.16 English revision)

I've also fixed the authors section

please put XML for "type". It is impossible to see the content otherwise

Files *are* patches, not xml files.
FYI, when submitting xml files, text/plain is prefered because it makes them easier to read in bugzilla.
