torrents.g.o could look much nicer, and better fit style of other g.o websites.

Thanks for reminding me of this.

I originally did the table layout the same way as your patch. I changed it back to the defualt with the borders to make it slighlty easier to follow since it's such a long table. I also had accessibility concerns for color-blind people but didn't actually test it on anyone. I was given this at the last minute so I did it really fast and haven't had a chance to follow up on all my decisions.

Let me show this around to a few people with color-blindness and see if it is OK for them.

Two color blind devs confirmed that the proposed change is good for them. New tracker.css is live. Thanks.
