unrar-gpl links to a debian ftp mirror as homepage. Also as download page, allthough that doesn't really matter.

The real homepage for unrar-gpl is:

http://home.gna.org/unrar/

(with the file download at http://download.gna.org/unrar/unrar-0.0.1.tar.gz)
