There's a new version of libwww-perl out that was required by another program
that I'm using (xmltv).  So I just copied libwww-perl-5.64.ebuild to
libwww-perl-5.66.ebuild and merged it in with no problems.

libwww-perl-5.8 is now in portage. 5.66 was pulled upstream and replaced with
the newer version. Enjoy
