At the end of the installation of gcc-3.4.5 it says:

 * For more information on the steps to take when upgrading
 * from gcc-3.3 please refer to:
 * http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/base/x86/gcc-upgrading-guide.xml

Actual result:

"This guide has been expanded and moved to another place. Please use the updated version."

The right link would be:

http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gcc-upgrading.xml
