Some issues with screen transitions and focus-follows-mouse, the page describes it sufficiently, I've also attached a patch there that fixes the problem (for me at least).

I was hoping we could include the patch in the Gentoo package so long just to have a fix.  The patch was built against 1.2.8 but should apply equally to versions 1.2.4 and 1.2.7 as well.
