Well, I'm not sure how I broke it, I used the same process as every other time. If you can identify what i may have done wrong i'd appreciate it. It may be a LANG setting i've not got tweaked correctly If you don't mind fixing it, that would be good, but unless we can work out why it's breaking, then sadly it's likely to happen again.
I've commited a fixed ChangeLog. I don't know what you might have done wrong. Which editor do you use? Special encoding settings for it? `locale`?
