numpy-0.9.5 is out. It is needed for scipy-0.4.6 to work. I have an updated ebuild in the Gentoo Scientific overlay in http://gentooscience.org/browser/overlay/dev-python/numpy
The changes from 0.9.4 include:
- a use flag for lapack if a user doesn't want to use heavy external libraries
- tested on amd64
