app-cdr/bashburn-1.6.1 version bump

It's been a while, but today BashBurn 1.6.1 is released. No major changes, but some bugfixes I think we all are happy about. Go get it!

the 1.7.x seems to have still some bugs ... so this should be the latest 'stable' ...

I've just added 1.7.1 to portage, it seems to be stable now.
