I need better justification than that to add it to an already bloated dev-perl. Please review the policy guidelines, which include a snippet on good reasons to submit ebuilds for dev-perl, and reopen this bug if you can give it that extra justification. THanks :)

This ebuild is needed for media-tv/kalva-0.8.0 (https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124973).
