The stock libtomcrypt ebuild only builds static libraries, but support for
shared libraries is included.  I will attach patches to provide this support.

Sorry, the attached makefile patch is broken due to conflicts with other patches applied in the ebuild.  I'll fix and resubmit it.

maybe it's just me, but that patch doesnt actually work ... i just get a libtomcrypt.a ...
