emerging gst-python produces the following error:

checking for LIBOIL... configure: error: liboil-0.3.6 or later is required

please add dev-libs/liboil-0.3.6 to the dependencies in the ebuild.

was actually gst-plugins-base depping on >= 0.3.6 and its fixed now
