Description Michael Korbakov 2006-03-02 17:03:08 UTC
Hi.

I've update gdal ebuild to enable ruby language bindings. It required patching of appropriate makefile (patch included).

sci-libs/gdal-1.3.1 with ruby bindings and DODS support

I've made a new version of GDAL ebuild with support for DODS data sources. It requires libdap (ebuild can be found on http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124870)

Ruby support is now in the newest testing version of gdal (1.3.2) but DODS support will have to wait for a maintainer. For now, just keep it in your overlay.
