There is something wrong with guide, since qmail-scanner does not work fine
with this guide instructions.

It just says: 

Thu, 02 Mar 2006 15:34:59 EET:26920: error_condition: X-Qmail-Scanner-1.25st: clamdscan: corrupt or unknown clamd scanner error or memory/resource/perms problem - exit status 512/2

is message contains attachement. how to fix this. Looks like it is not memory issue?

Permission issue maybe?

Problem is/should be fixed with qmail-scanner-2.0-r1 and associated instruction for clamav configuration.
