New versions of these packages are available. It's enough to copy the 0.2_rc1 ebuilds of both qt-dcgui and dclib. (seems like rc2 never made it to portage). So it's no use to attach the ebuilds here, they're just the same as the prior versions :) Thank you.
Forgot to mention, new file names should be: qt-dcgui-0.2_rc3.ebuild dclib-0.2_rc3.ebuild
