Hi!

Please find attached pymol-0.99_rc1.ebuild an update to sci-chemistry/pymol package to bring it to the latest stable release - v0.99. 

Pymol is a widely used open-source molecular visualization system with an embedded Python interpreter. It is designed for real-time visualization and rapid generation of high-quality molecular graphics images and animations. It can also perform many other valuable tasks (such as editing PDB files) to assist in scientific research. (from http://pymol.sourceforge.net)
