it's looking for liboil-0.3.6 or later and that seems to be masked.... so what to do...

dude sorry my bad... i had it in package.mask for some reason... gst stuff was U then UD'ing last week because of deps for banshee and i think i threw liboil which was acting the same in there and forgot... sorry for the b0gus bug
