sdl     enable use of SDL libarary    (default: yes)
smpeg   enable SMPEG for MP3 playback (default: yes)
vorbis  enable Ogg/Vorbis support     (default: no)
setup   build chromium-setup utility  (default: yes)

EXAMPLE:
./configure --enable-smpeg --disable-vorbis

make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.

this is a portage bug that has been fixed already ... wait for the next portage release 
(should be soon)

I've downloaded 2 new versions of portage and this still doesnt work.
Currently using: 2.0.46-r8

Please fix
