If the kernel is compiled without devfs support, it writes a message during 
boot.
At the end of that message, the user is told to look at:

http://www.gentoo.org/doc/build.html

That should be corrected to:

http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-x86-install.xml (Since most users use a 
x86 system)
