Original desktop file is just not nice :/ I posted it to upstream also.

I emailed kbootsplash author and it turns out, that CR4 in sources tarball name, doesn't mean rc4, but cr4 (which stands for 'compromise release'). It's something like gentoo's -rX (small fixes).

Anyway - I changed ebuild name and MY_P var inside it.

Hope somebody will find it usefull.

This package has no maintainer so this bug may go unnoticed for a long time.
Gentoo has a dedicated team[1] for assisting users in maintaining orphaned
packages. If you are interested in maintaining this package, please contact
proxy-maint@gentoo.org.
