Hi docs team,

I'm stepping down from JP lead translator and recommend the position to idani(idani@gentoo.org). And I'm going to help him as Translator Follow-Up.

At the moment, he is Translator Follow-Up. However, he is taking care of JP document members and keeps providing great translated documents.

Can anyone handle this change, please?
