We've changed the IP of our rsync server (rsync2.es.gentoo.org).
The old IP was: 147.83.91.30
The new IP is: 147.83.91.172

Updated. The ACL might take up to an hour to update. please make sure you are syncing to rsync1.us.gentoo.org every 30 minutes.
