QA checks for package directory /mnt/usbdisc/portage/dev-libs/libcdio:
dev-libs/libcdio-0.76-r1: dep flags:
  major:  Conditional flag 'nls' in DEPEND not in IUSE
  major:  Conditional flag 'nls' in RDEPEND not in IUSE


The flag isn't being used for anything elsewhere. Should this be a hard dep?
